Located in the heart of BSD City, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is the perfect venue for hosting a wide range of national and international scale of events. Covering a total land area of 22 hectares, the venue is designed to be one of the most spacious exhibition and convention center in Indonesia. It offers to facilitate a full spectrum of business events simultaneously additional to the core business of Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibition (MICE) industries in Indonesia.
Owned and managed by PT Indonesia International Expo, a joint venture of Kompas-Gramedia Group and Sinar Mas Group, ICE aims to always achieve perfection by providing the best venue with complete facilities and excellent service. ICE offers 10 exhibition halls with a total area of 50.000 sqm and an additional 50.000 sqm outdoor exhibition space, a 4000 sqm convention hall divisible into 4 rooms, 33 meeting rooms, and a 12.000 sqm convenient pre-function lobby.

With easy access from two major highways, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is easy to get to by road whichever direction you are travelling from. You can drive to us via Kunciran-Serpong highway route or Jakarta (Outer Ring Road)-Serpong highway route. ICE can be reached within 35minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The parking area is located within the ICE that are accessible during regular business hours and events.
Take the Airport SkyTo get from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) to the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) by train, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: From the Airport to Cisauk Stationtrain: First, you need to take the Airport Skytrain from the airport terminal to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Railway Station (SHIA). This Skytrain connects all three terminals (1, 2, and 3) to the railway station.
Board the Airport Rail Link: Once at the SHIA station, you can board the Airport Rail Link train. This train will take you to Cisauk Station, which is the closest station to ICE. The journey from the airport to Cisauk Station takes approximately 45-55 minutes.
Step 2: From Cisauk Station to ICE
Arrive at Cisauk Station: Cisauk Station is located at Intermoda BSD City, an integrated transportation hub that connects the Electric Commuter Train (KRL), Bus Terminal, BSD Link Shuttle Bus, and Pasar Modern Intermoda BSD.
Take a Taxi or Shuttle: From Cisauk Station, you can take a taxi, online transportation, or the BSD Link shuttle bus to reach the ICE. The ICE is just a short distance from the station, and you should be able to reach it within a few minutes.
Additional Tips
Ticket Purchase: You can purchase tickets for the Airport Rail Link at the SHIA station. The ticketing hall is spacious and offers both vending machines and
ticket counters.
Schedules and Fares: Trains from the airport to Cisauk Station run frequently. The fare for the Airport Rail Link is approximately 70,000 IDR per person.
This route provides a convenient and relatively quick way to reach the ICE from the airport, bypassing the traffic that can be common in Jakarta.
